Each shop keeps its own shelf, its own inbox and its own events, because each one holds different stock. What falls is the price per shop — on one subscription, and one invoice for the company.
Two rows here are not built yet. They are marked as such, because they are the two you would most want to be true.

The demand board needs collectors near you
It is the reason most shops will subscribe, so here is the catch in writing: it counts real activity from collectors near your shop, and it shows a card only once at least five different people have looked for it. Early on, yours may say “fewer than 5” — that is the truth, not a fault. Paying does not change the number; collectors near you do.
The free limits are not switched on yet
Shops already on DiscoverTCG currently have more than the Listed column shows — we built the shelf before we built the tiers. Nothing will be taken away without notice first, which is a promise in our store terms, not just on this page.
No surprises
What happens if…
The three questions every shop owner actually wants answered before they type a card number in, answered before you do.
…a payment fails
Nothing changes for a week. Everything stays switched on for seven days while you sort the card out, and Stripe emails you rather than us chasing you. That grace is available once in any twelve months — a second failure inside the year moves you back to the free listing the same day, and twelve months after your last one the week is yours again.
…you cancel
You keep everything until the month you have already paid for runs out — we never cut you off mid-month for money you have handed over. Cancel from your own billing page, no email to write, no retention call.
…you come back
Stock above the free allowance is hidden, never deleted. Your shelf, your chat history and your past events are exactly where you left them, so returning is one payment rather than an evening of re-typing.
Money questions
The billing small print, in plain English.
Anything about the product rather than the bill is answered over on the shops page. Still stuck? Email support@discovertcg.com and a founder replies.
Is the £34.99 plus VAT?
Yes — £34.99 plus VAT is £41.99 including VAT at the current UK rate. We quote the ex-VAT figure by default because you are a business and that is the number that hits your books. Use the switch at the top of this page to see it either way.
How do I get a VAT invoice for my accountant?
Every payment produces one automatically. Open Manage billing in your store console and you can view or download the PDF for any month, back to your first payment. You will never have to email us asking for one.
One thing worth telling your accountant up front: the invoice is issued by Stripe, who act as merchant of record for this subscription and account for the VAT on it. Stripe is the supplier that appears on the paperwork, not us.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It is month to month. Cancel from your own billing page whenever you like, without emailing anyone, and you keep every feature until the month you have already paid for runs out.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing changes for a week. The first time a payment fails, your shop keeps everything for seven days while you sort the card out. That grace is available once in any twelve months. A second failure inside the year moves you back to the free listing straight away — your shop stays on the map and your stock is hidden, never deleted.
Do you take a commission on what I sell?
No. DiscoverTCG never handles your money, never processes a customer payment and never takes a percentage of a sale. Collectors buy from you, in your shop, on your terms. The subscription is the only thing we will ever charge you for.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, who are the merchant of record. Your card number never touches DiscoverTCG's systems, and we could not see it if we wanted to.
I run more than one shop. Do I pay full price for each?
No. Each branch keeps its own shelf, inbox and events, but the price per shop falls as you add them — £29.99 each for two to four, £24.99 each for five to nine, £19.99 each at ten or more. One subscription, one invoice for the company. Try the slider above.
What do I need before I can subscribe?
You need to have claimed your shop, which is free and takes a couple of minutes. Find your shop in the directory, confirm it is yours, and once it is approved the billing page appears in your store console.

Claim it first. Decide later.
Claiming your shop costs nothing and asks for no card. Have a look round the console, put six items on your shelf, and subscribe if and when it earns it.
